  1. Acceptance of Terms

By utilizing the services offered by PayFast (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

  1. Description of Services

We provide the following services:

– Network and Services
– Mobility, Wireless & IoT
– Cybersecurity
– Cloud

  1. Service Agreements

Detailed information about deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in separate Service Agreements for each project. Clients must review and agree to these terms before commencing any work.

  1. Payments and Refunds

Payment for services shall align with the details specified in the Service Agreement.
Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
Late payments may incur additional charges.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights for services provided transfer to the client. However, we retain the right to use completed projects for promotional and marketing purposes.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to not disclose any confidential information obtained during the provision of services unless required by law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from the use of our services.

  1. Termination

Both parties retain the right to terminate the service agreement for valid reasons as outlined in the Service Agreement. In case of termination, payment for completed services up to that point is required.

  1. Revisions

Unless specified in the Service Agreement, revisions or additional work outside the project’s initial scope may result in additional charges.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes related to the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with Pakistani law.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to periodically review these terms for updates.

  1. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the services provided unless caused by the Company’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some of our services may involve third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of these third parties.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party will be responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events such as fires, telecommunications failures, utility failures, power failures, equipment failures, labor strife, riots, war, terrorist attacks, non-performance of vendors or suppliers, acts of God, or other causes beyond the respective party’s reasonable control.
